At the Freshman-Sophomore Invitational on Saturday, the girls took the 3rd place team trophy while the boys placed 4th. The girls 4x400 relay team of Lindsey Eastwood, Allison Williams, Stella Maloney, and Emily Jordan captured our lone gold medal of the meet. Silver medalists included Lindsey Eastwood in the 400 and Sarah Taylor in the 1600. Taking the bronze were Sarah Taylor in the 3200, Cayley Ryan in the pole vault, Blake Watson in the 100, Matthew Kehn in the 800, Finnegan McBride in the 1600, Kenji Rollin in the 300 hurdles, and the girls 4x100 relay team of Carmen Curtis, Mary Newby, Stella Maloney, and Lily Redick. Cole Hagstrom earned his first career regional mark in the Freshman-Sophomore 3200, while Emily Jordan smashed her PR with a regional mark in the 1600.

There were also a few junior-senior races, and our athletes were very successful in these as well. Brian Huitt, Michael Kolor, Julia England, and Sheridan Wood all earned regional marks for the first time this season in the 1600, while Martina Savage earned a qualifying mark in the 800.
