Green Hope Track & Field

At the 2nd Wake County Meet (1/13), Green Hope athletes again turned in many great performances. The girls 4x800m relay team (Lindsey Eastwood, Sarah Taylor, Jordyn Parks, and Emily Jordan) ran a state-qualifying mark. Will Hoffmann ran a school-record 6.49 to qualify for the state meet in the boys 55m dash. Will teamed up with Nevin Foster, Ian Delgado, and Austin Snyder to run under the state mark in the boys 4x400m relay. The boys 4x200m relay (Blake Watson, Carson Barnes, Sohum Singh, and Will Hoffman) and the boys 4x800m relay (Ian Delgado, Sean Petersen, Finn McBride, and Daniel Vo) also won their events with state-qualifying times.

Other wins for the Falcons were earned by Colton Hurley (boys shot put) and the girls 4x400m relay (Lindsey Eastwood, Jordyn Parks, Emily Jordan, and Paige West).
